Monday’s General Election for the positions of State Assembly and State Senate showed good news for the Federalists, as they took a 23-17 seat majority in the Assembly, while the Senate results showed a 10-10 tie.
With today’s elections for statewide posts, the Whigs will be hoping to bounce back from this defeat and avoid a lockout from the general election.
